Subscriptions
We would like to thank all the villagers and others who subscribed in 2024. The Association is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society, the National Chrysanthemum Society, the National Dahlia Society and the National Vegetable Society.
Rules & Accounts
A copy of the Rules of the Association is available on request from the Hon Secretary and copies of the Accounts from the Hon Treasurer.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Monday 3rd November 2025 at 8.00pm in West End Village Hall when the accounts are presented and suggestions for donations can be raised.
Our appreciation
The committee appreciates the involvement and help given by local West End organisations: to Christ Church, Esher for providing afternoon teas, to the WI for Judges’ refreshments and to West End Village Hall for use of the facilities over the Show weekend.
